DealerPeak Launches Mobile Web Platform for Dealers09/24/2009

Mobile dealer websites capture more car buyers.

Portland, Oregon September 24, 2009 -- DealerPeak, a leading dealer technology service provider, has launched a mobile version of their award winning web sites for dealers. Customers visiting the dealer's website will automatically be re-directed to the mobile version of the dealers website if they are browsing the site using a smart phone such as an Apple iPhone, Palm Pre, Google Android or Blackberry.  The mobile version of the site will allow the customer to search and view inventory, look at coupons, get directions and generate inquiries all using their phone.

DealerPeak President, Jock Schowalter commented "31 percent of phone owning consumers now browse the mobile Web at least once a month, our analytics tell us that an ever increasing number of browsers are hitting our dealer websites with a mobile device.  Now we have a solution to give them a great experience using their phone.  This translates into more leads for the dealer which is our goal." Schowalter went on to state "Offering a mobile version of a dealers website is really a no brainer and we anticipate that any dealer that does not offer a mobile version of their website will be losing out to dealers who do."

DealerPeak is headquartered in Portland, Oregon and has hundreds of dealer clients throughout the United States. DealerPeak solutions include WideStorm On-line Negotiation, CRM, Websites, Desking, Digital Marketing and Transactional Websites that work seamlessly on a unified Web-based platform. This allows their dealers to reduce the number of vendors they deal with and drive cost out of their business.
